    I have been carrying out bodywork for around 30 years, in the early days, first working with dancers in NY and then athletes at sports Meets, within a clinic setting in London and more latterly worked at a Retreat House in Kent as the lead Massage Therapist for 20 years. I continue to work freelance with private clients.

    I carry out therapeutic massage with deep tissue techniques, acquired from years as a Practitioner. My clients tell me I work deeply and intuitively, tailoring to the clients needs. Always working with aromatherapy oils (unless am asked not to!), to assist in the overall benefit.

The next natural step was to complete a VTCT qualification in skincare and facials which I obtained at The Ray Cochrane School in London to be able to use my own products in treatments.

    Nicola Booth-Jones Nicola is a member of the regulatory body of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). She also holds a diploma in Tui na (Chinese medical massage) and naturopathy. She believes in treating the whole person and working holistically using different mediums and as part of her consultation, she may incorporate acupuncture, bodywork, moxibustion, gua sha, nutrition, supplementation, western herbs, Bach flowers, tissue salts, hydrotherapy, voicework and sound (mostly drumming) into your treatment plan. Nicola is committed to continuing professional development and has completed clinical training in Nanjing, China and is also a trained member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN). She has also completed the Womb Awakening Facilitator training with the Institute of Feminine Arts and has training in shamanic womb massage, which she incorporates into her treatments.     Sarah is a birth doula and originally trained as a maternity massage therapist to accompany supporting expecting and new mothers throughout each stage of pregnancy, labour, delivery and post partum, treating and preventing symptoms of pregnancy and speeding post birth recovery.

    Sarah also practices an East-meets-West fusion of holistic deep tissue massage therapy as a slow and deeply restorative, grounding and remedial treatment using myofascial release techniques and elements of Thai massage, trigger point therapy, acupressure and Shiatsu. Myofascial release is a slow but deep tissue release method. Sarah has gone on to take a diploma in advanced myofascial release and offers this as a stand alone service as well as enveloping it into her core practice.

    These treatments are specific to the needs of the client and are aimed at guiding the system into balance, feeling grounded, uplifted and restored.

    Sarah's trained and certified with DONA (Doulas of North America), Red Tent Doulas, JING Advanced Massage Training and the Canadian Institute of Holistic Maternity Massage.

    i had the most amazing thermal stone massage with Sarah Lacey. I've had a few massages before but this was the best. It ticked every imaginal box that I had. I would recommend Sarah 100% she was brilliant and I will be going back. Sarah, thank you 😊
