Treatment
Colourpuncture is a holistic therapy that uses beams of coloured light applied to acupuncture points and other areas of the skin.
It can be combined effectively with auricular or ear acupuncture, that uses needles on the external ear, which reflects the map of the whole body.

Anti and post Pregnancy Massage
This is a follow up appointment for existing clients. An oil massage with slow and nurturing strokes that stimulate the entire circulatory and lymphatic system for ultimate restoration of body and mind. With Swedish techniques this treatment is nurturing and revitalising.
An hour of foot massage to release tension, establish well being and a great boost to the immune system. A perfect state of 'homeostasis' ( hormonal balance) is restored.
