Sarah is a highly qualified and experienced therapist with over fifteen years in clinical practice. She has extensive experience in delivering a range of effective therapeutic interventions that address mild and moderate mental and emotional health issues. She offers a compassionate, empathetic and client centred approach to therapy, but one that is grounded in a multidisciplinary understanding of psychology. Prompting, in the form of gentle questions, can help people look at issues in new ways and identify options for change. A counsellor is trained to ask the most appropriate questions and provide a non-judgemental environment in which to share and grow.
